It began in 1933 — not as a business, but as a calling.

Kazura Industries was founded with a singular purpose: to bring the finest fragrances to Singapore, crafted with knowledge, patience, and an understanding of scent that cannot be taught in a classroom. It can only be passed down.

Through the decades, through change and challenge, the craft survived — and so did the family behind it. Today, Thahirah Kazura Pte Ltd is proudly managed by the third generation, carrying forward everything that was built before us while bringing something new to every scent we create.

We are based in the heart of Kampong Gelam — Singapore's historic Muslim quarter — where fragrance has always been part of the culture, the community, and the everyday rhythm of life. Our shop at 705 North Bridge Road is not just a store. It is a place where people come when they cannot find what they are looking for anywhere else. When a scent holds a memory they want to recreate. When they want something made just for them.

We specialise in non-alcohol based perfumes, pure fragrance oils, oud, bakhoor, essential oils, and bespoke blending. We are also the exclusive distributor of authentic bakhoor imported directly from Saudi Arabia — bringing one of the world's oldest fragrance traditions straight to Singapore.
